Cloudpath Help :

Cloudpath can detect the status of the 'Use Different User Name' setting within the TLS configuration.

Supported settings include:

Disabled - Default. When selected, Windows use a certificate that contains the logged in user's name.

Enabled - When selected, Windows will prompt the user to select a certificate.

Cloudpath is able to auto remediate this setting.
By default, Windows XP will disable this when TLS is selected.
