If specified, the supplicant will only attempt authentication with a server providing a certificate with this server name.

Values:

Checked
Will only authenticate to an authentication server providing a certificate for the specified server name.
Unchecked
Will not limit communication with authentication servers based on server name.

Cloudpath Help :

Cloudpath can detect the status of the 'Connect to these Servers' setting within the PEAP configuration.

Supported settings include:

Disabled - Default. When selected, Windows will not verify the name of the authentication server.

Enabled - When selected, Windows will verify the name of the authentication server within the server's certificate against this setting before attempting authentication.

The verification of the server name is based on the Subject field within the server's certificate. Multiple server names may be specified using a semi-colon separated list. Wildcarding is supported via a regular expression, in the format '.*.sample.edu'.

This setting is only applicable if Validate Server Certificate is set to 'Enabled'.
Cloudpath is able to auto remediate this setting.
By default, Windows XP will disable this for a new SSID.
