Name:
Prompt User For Credentials
Description:
Enabling this option instructs SecureW2 to prompt the user for credentials during authentication.
Notes:
With this enabled, a user name and domain can still be specified. These values will be prepopulated in the login form. To enter the user name or domain, you must first uncheck this option, enter the user name and/or domain, and then check this option again. If possible, it is helpful to have the domain prepopulated in this manner.
Values:
Checked
The end-user will be prompted to provide credential during authentication.
Unchecked
SecureW2 will attempt to use the previously specified credentials during authentication.
Default Value:
Checked
Recommended Setting:
Checked.
Cloudpath Help :
Cloudpath can detect the SecureW2 setting 'Prompt User for Credentials'.

Supported settings include:
Enabled - Default. During authentication, the user will be prompted to enter a user name and password. If User Name or User Password is configured, it will be used as the default.
Disabled - When selected, the user will only be prompted for credentials if the User Name or User Password is not populated.

Cloudpath is able to auto remediate this setting.
By default, SecureW2 will enable this for a new profile.
