Cloudpath Help :

This setting controls the index of the SSID in the list of preferred networks. Cloudpath can detect this setting.

Supported settings include:

First - If selected, the SSID will be placed first in the list of preferred networks. This is important to ensure automatic reconnections.

Cloudpath is able to auto remediate this setting.
