Cloudpath Help :

Cloudpath can control whether the SSID is configured for the current user or all users.

Supported settings include:

Current User - Default. When specified, the SSID will be configured for the current user. This does not require administrator privileges.

All Users - When specified, the SSID will be configured as an all-user profile. Depending on the system configuration, this may require administrator privileges.

Cloudpath is able to auto remediate this setting.
