Within Mac Snow Leopard, this setting specifies the Location name. If this setting is specified, the location will be added (if it does not exist) and activated.
If this setting is not specified, one of two things will happen.
If the machine only contains one location, it will be used without the user being prompted.
If multiple locations exist on the machine, the user will be prompted to select the location. The user will have the ability to change the current location and add locations.
