Cloudpath

The following screenshots describe the user experience when accessing the network with an Android device.

User Experience with Android

Step 1:

When the user accesses the entry page for Cloudpath, they are given Android-specific instructions. This includes the option to install Cloudpath from the Google Marketplace, Amazon App Store, or a direct download, and a button to launch the configuration. The user must download the application before configuring the device.

Step 2:

If the user downloads Cloudpath from the Google Marketplace, the application opens to Cloudpath. The user must click Install to install the application.

Step 3:

After installing the application, the user is instructed to return to the organization's website and click the 'Join the Network' link. When the user clicks OK, they are returned to the browser.

Step 4:

When the application closes, the user is returned to the browser. The user must click 'Configure Device' to launch the configuration.

Step 5:

If multiple networks exist, the user is prompted to select the network.

Step 6:

The user is prompted for their credentials. This screen is highly customizable.

Step 7:

Cloudpath proceeds to configure the device. After configuration, Cloudpath initiates the association to the secure network.

Step 8:

Cloudpath will ensure that association and authentication are successful. It will then verify that an IP address is received.

Step 9:

In the end, the user is turned loose on the secure network.
